Product design found me before I knew what it was. Prior to the switch, I had been a store manager for a handful of coffee stores, both small local roasters all the way to the big coffee chain (you know which one). During my time and experience, I realized my role was defined by how I supported and served my employees. Creating a store environment and a workspace that worked best for them, opened the door for crafting one-of-a-kind customer connections and the ability to deliver high-quality products.

I take this pedagogy with me in product design with a singular goal of creating solutions that support people to help people.
